"Anybody remember Ed Deason? How about his wife/office manager Francis? I remember them as my trusted State Farm insurance provider. When Ed retired my policies got moved to Bart Perry. Bart is singularly the worst insurance agent I’ve dealt with primarily because I can’t actually deal with him. He seems to NEVER be in the office when I call. I have been a State Farm customer for 30+ years. I will be contracting with a different agent. Bart Perry quite simply sucks. It’s days later. Still haven’t spoken with Bart. It’s amazing how frequently he isn’t in the office. Bart’s office staff seems oddly familiar with him being out of the office and deflecting. Hey Bart - when are you in the office?"

"As a family member who holds an account that it 50 years old with state farm, it's pretty sad to be leaving state farm because of the neglect of the Bart Perry state farm team. In the year that I was with Bart Perry state farm they made numerous errors that cost me a lot of money. My rates literally TRIPLED in 6 months due to the actions and neglect of Bart Perry's state farm office. When I initially had my account transfered to their office they cancelled my policy. Which reset a lot of the savings I had built up over the last two decades I have personally been their client. Did they tell me? No. They proceeded to raise my rates. When I asked for those discounts to be continued I got a bunch of excuses as to why their system wouldn't allow them to do it. Disgusting. I didn't even find out about their blatant errors until I moved out of the state and sat down with another state farm agent and had it explained to me. I thought I had done something wrong. But nope, it was Bart Perry state farm office and his workers. In any case there isn't anything the state farm up here can do to help me because of how badly Bart Perry and his team handled things. So, I'm leaving state farm. Got a better rate pretty much every other place I went. I strongly advise against anyone doing business with this state farm office. 50 year old account, down the drain. Idiots. After pointing out their error on Google review they responded by blaming me for never setting up something I have the driving data to prove it was set up. (Over 3 years of driving data) They messed up, and are now blaming me for it. I'm grateful to have been in contact with another state farm that has been able to show me exactly how Bart Perry and his team are lying to me. Thanks for costing me money for no reason and then lying and blaming it on me. Good way to do business. Congratulations this will be my last month with state farm. Absolutely disgusting behavior on behalf of your business. Or It was never explained to me that by dropping my renters insurance (less than $10/mo.) it would break up the 'bundle' making my car insurance DOUBLE. You guys have done nothing but cost me more and more money. 50 years of good service, down the drain with one bad apple. Do not do business with Bart Perry State Farm"

"As age has caught up with me, Jennifer in Bart's office offered and set-up reminders of payment on our many policies with State Farm. Will be much easier to remember and policies will be paid on time. I use to pay electronically using the bank but had to change policy number each time on different vehicles. For seniors that have State Farm, I recommend calling Jennifer and inquire about doing the same for you."
